Welcome to Run It. By using our website, mobile experience, or any of our delivery services in Saline County, Arkansas, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
1. The Service
Run It is an on-demand errand and delivery service. You request items through chat, we provide an estimated price plus a 15% buffer that you authorize at checkout, and a contracted driver purchases and delivers your items. The final charge reflects the actual receipt total plus applicable delivery and service fees.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. You authorize Run It to charge your payment method for the estimate, the reconciled final total, tips, and any applicable fees. Refunds for missing or incorrect items are handled case-by-case.
3. What Run It Does Not Deliver
Run It does not deliver alcohol of any kind (beer, wine, liquor, hard seltzers, etc.), prescription or over-the-counter medications, vapes / tobacco / nicotine products, CBD, kratom, kava, weapons, ammunition, or fireworks. We are not a licensed alcohol retailer. Orders containing these items will be refused or the disallowed portion removed.
4. Driver Conduct
Drivers are independent contractors operating under Run It's standards. They are covered by their own auto insurance and are responsible for safe transport of your items. Report any issues to hello@runitsaline.com.
5. Limitation of Liability
Run It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
6. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run errands for you: name, contact info, delivery address, order history, and approximate device location while you have an active order. We never sell your personal information.
We share information with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and the assigned driver for the sole purpose of completing your order. Push notifications are opt-in and used only for order status updates.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@runitsaline.com.
